1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Lokr's services ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Service Description

Lokr provides a proxy service to repair and standardize iCal (.ics) feeds. We make no guarantees about the uptime of the 3rd party source feeds you provide to us.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to proxy illegal, harmful, or malicious content. We reserve the right to revoke Feed IDs that are found to be abusive or violative of these terms.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Lokr, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
