1. The Short Version
We are a pass-through proxy. We do not store your calendar events, student names, or event descriptions in a database. We process the data in memory to apply fixes (timezone correction, RFC compliance) and then serve it directly to the client. Once the request is complete, the data is discarded from RAM.
2. Data We Collect
- Feed URLs: We store the source URL you provide us to fetch the calendar data.
- Usage Logs: We log metadata about requests (IP address, User Agent, Timestamp) for debugging and security purposes. These logs are retained for 30 days.
- Contact Info: If you email us or submit a form, we store your email and name to reply to you.
3. No PII Storage
Lokr is designed to be "Zero Knowledge" regarding the contents of your calendar. We do not persist the body of the ICS files to disk.
4. Compliance
We comply with GDPR and CCPA requirements. You may request deletion of your account and feed configuration at any time by emailing support@lokr.co.
